Dr. G. A. Williams is Pastor of Greater Victory Church in San Diego, CA.  He is also President of SoCal Bible Institute, Moderator of PBDA and 4th Vice President of CMBSC. Dr. Williams has also been an Adjunct an Adjunct Professor for the Southern California Seminary. 

Dr. Williams' education includes a B.A., M.A., D.Min (Expository Preaching), D.Min (Church/Nonprofit Organizational Leadership); Religious Studies, Biblical Studies, Theological Studies and Expository Preaching from SDSU, Linda Vista Bible College, Bethel Seminary, Trinity Seminary and Southern California Seminary a private institution of higher education dedicated to teaching from the inerrant Word of God through His book - The Bible under the leadership of Dr. David Jeremiah.
